Childcare – Prenzlauer Berg

Our premises are located at Greifenhagener Straße 48, 10437 Berlin in the heart of the Prenzlauer Berg district, centrally located between Schönhauser Allee and Stargarder Straße.

Our children romp around in bright rooms with their own outdoor area, which we have lovingly transformed into an urban discovery and play garden. The connection is perfect and the starting point for our discovery tours – whether on foot to the playground around the corner, with the trolley to the neighboring sports hall, or from the S/U Schönhauser Allee into the forest.

We care for a total of 17 children from all over the world aged from 1 year to school age. In addition to care based on bonding and needs, we offer our children above all plenty of space for free play. In order to do justice to the internationality of our institution, we offer all children easy access to the English language through our English-speaking educators. We also serve only the best: our lunches and snacks are wholesome and of organic quality.

A warm open and international atmosphere, continuous and honest communication with parents are natural for us. We exchange ideas not only in regular development meetings and daily door-to-door talks, but also during lunch breaks and events in the coworking space. An intensive educational partnership between children, parents and educators is our top priority.

The parents work next door in the separate coworking space, which is in a very quiet location. We offer parents a variety of services, such as high-speed wi-fi, use of the meeting room and telephone booth, locker, coffee, tea, fruit, etc. During our events on a wide variety of topics, parents can exchange ideas, network and support each other both professionally and privately.

In the shopping center around the corner, all errands for everyday family life can be done in between – whether supermarket, drugstore, shoemaker or bookstore. The offer is complemented by the many small shops, restaurants and cafés in Greifenhagener Straße, Schönhauser Allee, Stargarder Straße and Pappelallee. We don’t just pay lip service to the idea of combining family and job, it’s part of everyday life.
